Fix Assist Ltd shipping offers the convenience to get what you need, when you need it. Orders are shipped directly to your location. Orders received by noon on business days Monday to Friday, (excluding holidays) are packed and shipped the same day. Items ordered after noon will ship the following business day. All orders will be processed within 24 hours.

Next business day: Your order is delivered to your shipping address within Ireland the next business day after it has been processed. For orders placed during the weekend, allow one business day for processing and one business day for delivery. Items ordered in the afternoon will not ship until the following business day.

Our ordering system is straight forward, log in or create a new account, enter the required details and click the payment box to process your credit card. You will then receive an email confirming your order details and current order status. Your emailed order confirmation document does not signal our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or cancel your order placed on this website without the need to give an explanation or reason. Upon cancellation of your order we will immediately issue a credit to your credit/debit card used in the original order for the amount charged.

The VAT rate for delivery is 23%. For international purchases from businesses inside the European Union with a valid VAT number please contact us with your business details and VAT number for us to verify, once verified we will set up your account and all your orders will have the VAT removed at checkout. Please note that we will check and verify your VAT number corresponds to your company name and billing address, if you use a VAT number of another company you will be reported to the authorities.

We work closely with our suppliers to provide you with the most up to date images and product descriptions but from time to time we do make mistakes, so if you spot one, please let us know. We reserve the right to make alterations to product information and prices without prior notice and cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies found on our website.
