DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

Your order is delivered to your shipping address within the next business day after it has been processed. For orders placed during the weekend, allow one business day for processing and one business day for delivery. Items ordered in the afternoon will not ship until the following business day.

How much does shipping cost?

Ireland & Northern Ireland

€5.95 excl. Vat – 10kg

€10.00 + VAT 10 – 25kg

Some products require individual packing – rate will apply automatically and may be higher than standard shipping rates.

Where is my order?

All orders placed on working days before 12 noon are shipped the same day. If your order has not yet reached you, please contact us – this will allow us to intervene with the courier company.

Can I check my order status?

Your order status can be checked at any time within your account. You will receive an email when your order has been despatched and details of our delivery timings can be found here.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Unfortunately we only deliver our goods within island of Ireland.

Do I have to setup an account?

No, setting up account is not required to make a purchase.

How to create new account?

Navigate to My Account page and click Register to start the process.

How do I sign in?

Simply navigate to My Account page and enter you username and password.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

In most circumstances it is not possible to change your order once you’ve placed it. We endeavour to ship all orders as quickly as possible, so if you need to change or cancel your order please contact us on 087 917 1545 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Our friendly customer services team will be able to advise you depending on the current order status.

Yes. Our qualified team of service technicians will provide you with assistance in any situation – you do not have to worry that you will be left with damaged machines during the season.

Is assembly possible?

We cooperate with a qualified team of fitters who will professionally assemble the purchased devices in your workshop.

How to install it?

Information on the assembly of our machines can be found in the instruction manual of each of them. In order to ensure the highest quality of assembly, and thus the certainty of proper operation of the devices, we recommend assembly performed by our specialists.
